In the context of the transfer of a building or construction part to the client, a delivery must take place. Our office can take care of the delivery or attend the delivery on behalf of the client with the aim of registering the defects that are found and that need to be remedied. After the expiry of the term within which the completion points must be resolved, a final check will be made to ensure that the completion points have been adequately resolved.
