Measurement certificates are produced by our office in accordance with NEN 2580:2007 and reports in accordance with NTA2581:2011. 

The measurement certificate shows the gross surface and the usable surface and/or the lettable surface. If necessary, the net and tare surface can also be calculated.

In most cases, a measurement certificate is produced in order to determine the cost price of a building, or in those cases where the lettable area is needed to determine or check the rent.  
 

All rooms are measured on the basis of digital files and named for each room or building component in a measurement report which is inextricably linked to the measurement certificate. If no digital drawings are available, the building or the relevant building parts will be measured on the basis of what may or may not be available in the drawing and digitally processed on the drawing.
